Spectrum is proud to be an employee owned company. In 2007, the Spectrum Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was established and it made 30% of the company’s common stock available to Spectrum employees. The ESOP is designed to give our employees a vested interest in Spectrum through ownership of company stock. The Plan provides our employees an opportunity to share in the growth and success of the company.

Spectrum ESOP is a qualified retirement plan in which ESOP contributions are 100% company paid. So far, over 150 employee-owners have received over 250,000 shares of Spectrum stock. The value of the stock has increased by over 40% since 2008.
