Alan PaolucciAlan Paolucci is responsible for Spectrum’s core business unit that focuses on enabling Air Force customers with innovative services and solutions through technological advancements. He ensures that Spectrum delivers quality processes, services and products in order to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, Alan plays a vital role in overseeing C4ISR programs and works closely with project and program managers to encourage continual growth, and improve upon an already productive environment for Spectrum employees.

Prior to joining Spectrum, Mr. Paolucci served 21 years in the United States Air Force where he held critical leadership positions within the intelligence career field, culminating as a Deputy Director of Intelligence for USAFCENT. Mr. Paolucci brings over 20 years experience in operational intelligence, and 12 years in program management and maintenance of intelligence systems. He has extensive experience with the Air Operations Center as well as the Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS). During Alan’s career, he has supported numerous operations and has overseen the funding, fielding and/or integration of a host of emerging ISR systems to include AF DCGS Sentinel, AOC, MQ-1 Predator, MQ-9 Reaper, and MC-12.

Mr. Paolucci has a proven background in the areas of intelligence and program management. He provides sound advice on strategic planning and cost effective solutions that help to both create and sustain opportunities.

Mr. Paolucci earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Miami University and a Master’s Degree in Computer Resources & Information Management from Webster University.
