JoAnn L. Jacques

As the Assistant Vice President and Director of Envision Labs, JoAnn Jacques leads Spectrum’s vision and strategy for ensuring company services and products align with critical technology advances and best practices offered from both the commercial and government sectors. JoAnn leads programs in Envision Labs and works with the Spectrum Operations Directors to promote continual growth and maturation of Spectrum “centers of excellence” through advanced technologies – which distinguish Spectrum as a high value partner to its customers.

JoAnn joined the Spectrum team in 2011, bringing over 25 years of technical and management experience in IT systems and mission solutions for both DOD and commercial communication programs. She has held senior leadership positions in the DHS US-CERT, OUSD(I) DCGS-E, DCGS-N, DCGS-AF and DCGS-MC programs. Her commercial background includes commercial production and experimental satellite communication systems for NASA/COMSAT and INTELSAT. JoAnn’s team value is in application of in-depth mission understanding coupled with technical and strategic vision to provide sound, executable business roadmaps which enable rapid deployment of high value capabilities.
