  • Medical and Dental Coverage - With two options to choose from for both medical and dental coverage, employees have the opportunity to select the coverage that is right for them and their family.
  • Vision Coverage - A vision plan is offered separate from the two medical plans and covers contacts, glasses, frames, and gives a discount for laser vision correction.
  • Retirement (401k) - Spectrum offers a variety of investment opportunities for employees to choose from.
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan - Each year, additional stock is distributed to all eligible employees having over one year of service.
