Spectrum employs a corporate project management system which streamlines the development and administration of contract and task order milestones and deliverables. This system provides all levels of the company with insight into the performance of every project.
The Spectrum SEAPORT-e program manager and subordinate project managers provide our first line of quality monitoring and management.
- Our program manager will initiate regular communication with government quality monitors to ensure our product is fully responsive to all requirements.
- Each SEAPORT-e task order will undergo regular Spectrum audits for quality and performance.
- The government program office and the appropriate representative from each task order organization will have full access, at any time, to the senior leadership at Spectrum.
