Ken Briggs

Director of Resources
As director of Resources, Ken directly manages the corporate staff and interrelations within that department. He provides management of Human Resources, Administration, Security, and Contract services in the company. Ken also develops and improves corporate processes and aligns activities to a strategic plan. The Director of Resources ensures that the corporate resources and services meet the needs of employees and customers.

As a Senior Master Sergeant in the Air Force for twenty four years, Ken worked almost exclusively as an imagery analyst except for a five year stint as a First Sergeant. After retiring in 1997 he has worked as a contractor a little over ten years working for Air Force customers, mainly under the Air force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) program. He was also a Deputy Program Manager for CACI running their intelligence contracts on Langley and a program manager for the 480th Intelligence Wing, Langley AFB before moving to Spectrum.

Ken joined the Spectrum team in January 2005 and with his extensive military background, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management Science from Chapman University, and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix he has helped Spectrum grow and provide superior service to both employees and customers.

He resides in Carrollton, VA with his wife.
