Ken Briggs

Assistant Vice President, Director of Program Management
As an Assistant Vice President and Director of Program Management, Ken defines and maintains the standards of process related to project management within Spectrum. His business unit manages the company's participation in major contract vehicles. He provides management of a myriad of Advisory and Assistance services for the company. Ken also develops and improves corporate processes and aligns activities to a strategic plan. The Director of Program Management ensures that the company provides diverse professional and technical skills to our customers by capturing and implementing prime and subcontractor work for Spectrum's strategic markets.

As a member of the Air Force for twenty four years, Ken worked almost exclusively as an imagery analyst. After retiring in 1997 he worked as a contractor for Air Force customers, mainly under the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) program. He was also a Deputy Program Manager for CACI running their intelligence contracts on Langley, and a program manager for the 480th Intelligence Wing, Langley AFB before moving to Spectrum.

Ken joined the Spectrum team in January 2006 and has held positions as a Program Manager, the Director of Resources where he managed all of the corporate services including HR, Contracts, Security, and Administrative Services, as well as the Director of Integrated Solutions and Research prior to moving to his current position. With his extensive military background, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management Science, and an MBA in Technology Management, he has helped Spectrum grow and provide superior service to both employees and customers.
