Corporate Communications Specialist
As the Corporate Communications Specialist, Courtney directly assists our Corporate Leadership to effectively communicate the Spectrum message, image and culture to our external customers and team members. She is responsible for all marketing material, corporate displays, corporate presentations, and community relations. She writes all press releases regarding events and happenings throughout the company and is involved in the production of the corporate-wide newsletter put out each month. She also oversees the public website for content and appeal and ensures that it is cohesive to the standards set by Spectrum. Courtney also assists in creating the Standard Operating Procedures used by every department of the company and continues to mature and improve them. She travels to college and military job fairs to recruit the best and brightest employees as Spectrum continues to grow. She also attends trade shows and conventions to promote the company nationwide. At Spectrum the culture and environment is very important and Courtney ensures that all marketing materials depict these beliefs and are consistent across all Spectrum locations. Courtney is a 2007 graduate from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing.
