Serdar Gokcen

Vice President of Business Development
As the Vice President of Business Development, Serdar coordinates and provides leadership for strategy and growth opportunities at Spectrum. Identifying new opportunities and customers where Spectrum can offer best value services solutions, Serdar spearheads Spectrum's Capture and Proposal Process, working with Business Unit Directors to grow the business. Serdar works directly with government customers and prime contractors, showcasing Spectrum's capabilities to develop new business and keep existing customers.

Serdar joined the Spectrum team in 2006 with almost 15 years of experience in industry and USAF as an engineer and a program manager. During this time, he helped design, develop, and integrate many of the IMINT related subsystems of the USAF Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS), including ASARS Processing Segment (APS), KCOIC Imagery Exploitation Segment (KIES), and the Common Imagery Exploitation System (CIES). He has a significant background and expertise in airborne IMINT ISR sensors including: U-2, Global Hawk, Predator, NT-ISR, sensor data link integration, sensor planning and control, situational awareness, data exploitation, and ground station integration.

He has a proven background in industry for designing quick low-cost solutions for C4ISR related system requirements and capability upgrades, and he currently provides a consulting and advisory role on many Spectrum programs.
