John I. Heck

Assistant Vice President, Controller
As Controller, John is responsible for all accounting operations including financial statement preparation, budgeting, rate structure development, cash management and payroll. John also provides guidance in the areas of contracts administration, project financial management, pricing and cost proposal development and subcontracting

John joined the Spectrum team in October 2006 with more than 20 years experience in government contracting and financial management. He has extensive experience working with program managers, contract personnel and Government agencies such as DCAA and DCMA. John firmly believes in honest and ethical conduct in business dealings with others and he has served as a corporate ethics officer. John also has experience working as a CPA in Pennsylvania and as an accounting instructor at a business school.
