Executive Assistant
As Executive Assistant to Jeff Wassmer, President & CEO and Anthoney Stoney, Vice President and COO of Spectrum, Larissa is the primary point of contact for their business associates and customers. Larissa’s primary roles and responsibilities are to delegate, distribute and manage executive level tasks. She facilitates the relationship between customers and the Executive Management team, schedules meetings, assists with preparing corporate briefings and coordinates with the Executive Management team and the Corporate staff to ensure projected goals are met. She coordinates travel arrangements, corporate conferences as well as offsite meetings and family outings. Larissa also works as a back up for the Human Resources and Finance Departments as well as for the Travel Administrator. In addition, she handles corporate correspondence and donations. Larissa is a 2003 graduate of James Madison University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management with a minor is Sociology. She is also a graduate of the 2007 Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute and serves on the Board of Regents for the Leadership Institute of the Virginia Peninsula.
