Larissa R. Heller

Director of Corporate Services
As the Director of Corporate Services, Larissa is responsible for facilitating the achievement of the company's vision, strategy, and objectives - championing and promoting the Spectrum Culture. She is responsible for Spectrum facilities and the administrative management of Spectrum Headquarters in Newport News, VA. Larissa oversees all corporate services offered to Spectrum employees as well as the planning of all corporate events, the travel program, conferences, and corporate communications both internal and external to the company. Larissa is charged with innovation and growth in the Corporate Services Department, ensuring services and policies remain relevant.

Larissa served as the Executive Assistant at Spectrum until January 2009. She is a 2003 graduate of James Madison University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management with a minor in Sociology. She is also a graduate of the 2007 Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute and serves as a member of the Board of Regents for the Leadership Institute of the Virginia Peninsula.
