Michael A. Nickerson

Vice President and Envision Labs Manager
Mr. Nickerson specializes in tailoring and implementing system engineering processes to the needs of large government information technology programs. As Manager of the Engineering and Analysis Division, he is responsible for Spectrum Comm Inc efforts and customers outside the Department of Defense. His division provides wide variety of services with the common themes of information assurance, special studies, and applied technical analysis.

Mike joined Spectrum in 2004 with more than fifteen years of experience in the operation, acquisition, and modernization planning of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance capabilities. Notable accomplishments include development of trailblazing integration concepts for the Air Force C2ISR enterprise and developing the requirements processes and the requirements baselines for the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System Block 10 and Block 20 efforts.
