Director of Contracts
As a Director of Contracts, Clara is responsible for all contract management operations including, contract and subcontract management, contract negotiations, development of price proposals, DCAA and DCMA government audits, project financial management and the development of contract processes and procedures.
Clara joined the Spectrum team with 6 years of vast experience in government and commercial contract management. She has extensive experience in proposal development and negotiations, which have resulted in "best value" to the customer. Clara also has specialized experience in creating and evaluating business processes by focusing on outputs that are of critical importance to the employees and customers.
As a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and as an active member of National Contract Management Association (NCMA), Clara continually promotes excellence in the contract management industry by promoting ethical standards, personal and professional growth and continually generating leading edge ideas.
