Anthoney Stoney is the Executive Vice President and COO of Spectrum Comm Inc., a company he founded in 1999. He has over 30 years of experience with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations, systems, and program management. Anthoney is responsible for daily corporate affairs and the operational management of Spectrum's autonomous business units.

Prior to joining Spectrum in 2000, Mr. Stoney served 21 years in the U.S. Air Force as an Intelligence professional. His last assignment was at the Air Force Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Center (AFC2ISRC), as the Superintendent of Advanced Systems. During his career he gained vast knowledge of military command and operations while assigned to National, Coalition, Joint and Air Force positions. He led the U.S. Air Force initiative to develop and operate a network centric intelligence enterprise to conduct distributed and collaborative ISR Collection, Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination. Anthoney has been recognized throughout his career for his vision and energy to transform ISR operations and modernize intelligence systems for new world challenges.

Anthoney's leadership can be found in Spectrum' Strategic Planning and Quality Management Systems- consistent and controlled growth that builds financial base, core competences, and culture. The company has been community recognized throughout his tenure, such as the Virginia's Fantastic 50 fastest growing companies three times, Hampton Roads Top 25 Places to Work list for three years running, and in August 2008, Inc 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the country.

Mr. Stoney and his wife Gwendolyn are long time Virginia residents.
