Anthoney E. Stoney I

Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Anthoney Stoney is the Vice President and COO of Spectrum Comm Inc., he oversees the corporations day-to-day business operations. Mr. Stoney has over 27 years of DoD and U.S. Air Force Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) employment and management experience.

Prior to joining Spectrum, Mr. Stoney served 21 years in the U.S. Air Force as an Intelligence professional. During his career he gained vast knowledge of military command and operations while assigned to National, Coalition, Joint and Air Force positions. He led the U.S. Air Force initiative to develop and operate a network centric intelligence enterprise to conduct distributed and collaborative ISR Collection, Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination. Mr. Stoney has been lauded for his vision and personally cited for his contributions to transform the C2ISR operations and modernize intelligence systems.

Anthoney's leadership is directly reflected in the continuing growth of Spectrum Comm as a leader in the Department of Defense community and recognition as one of the Fastest Growing Small Business in the state of Virginia. During his tenure the company has been selected to the Hampton Roads Top 25 Places to Work list for three years running.

Mr. Stoney and his wife Gwendolyn are long time Virginia resident who invests both thier time and resources to many community organizations and support activities.
