Ralph Wade

Vice President, National Capital Region and Chief Strategy Officer
Ralph Wade serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of the National Capital Region for Spectrum. Ralph is leading Spectrum’s strategic initiatives to advance its core Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance and Information Assurance capabilities to provide innovative solutions to current customers and propel Spectrum into new markets.

Prior to joining Spectrum, Mr. Wade served as Vice President and general manager for ISR for General Dynamics Advanced information Systems. Mr. Wade comes to Spectrum with over 13 years of defense and aerospace industry experience in managing large scale business areas, strategic planning, business development and corporate leadership which he gained in previous positions at BAE Systems and General Dynamics. Prior to that, Mr. Wade served 22 years in the Air Force where he served in various assignments in the systems acquisition and the intelligence community.

Mr. Wade earned a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, and a Master’s Degree from Georgetown University.
