Jeff Wassmer, President and CEO of Spectrum, Speaks with Students at Christopher Newport University

Newport News, VA – On March 25, 2010 Jeff Wassmer, President and CEO of Spectrum, addressed student members of NCMA at Christopher Newport University. The NCMA, National Contract Management Association, is a nation-wide, professional society that represents the contract management profession.

Students majoring in various degrees from strategic marketing, accounting, political science, to business management, attended Jeff Wassmer’s presentation. Jeff spoke about Spectrum, who we are, our culture and values, and business development and practices.

The NCMA Hampton Roads Chapter provides mentorship to the NCMA CNU student chapter by assisting students with job development in the contract management/business profession. The NCMA CNU student chapter holds monthly meetings, which allows for networking opportunities within the community and for the students to gain knowledge in the contract management field.
