  • Medical and Dental Coverage - With two options to choose from for both medical and dental coverage, employees have the opportunity to select the coverage that is right for them and their family.

  • Vision Coverage - A vision plan is offered separate from the two medical plans and covers contacts, glasses, frames, and gives a discount for laser vision correction.

  • Retirement (401k) - Spectrum offers a variety of investment opportunities for employees to choose from.

  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan- Each year, additional stock is distributed to all employees having over one year of service.

  • Deferred Stock Option Plan - As employees participate in business development and help with the growth of the company, Deferred Stocks are offered as incentives.

  • Life Insurance - Each employee is eligible for term coverage, in which Spectrum pays 100% of the cost.

  • Short and Long-Term Disability - Each employee has Short and Long-Term Disability insurance, in which Spectrum pays 100% of the cost.

  • Voluntary Life Insurance - Eligible employees may enroll in voluntary supplemental life insurance for themselves, their spouse and dependent children.

  • Holidays - Spectrum observes eight federal government-observed holidays and two floating holidays.

  • Education Assistance - Employees are eligible for tuition assistance annually for job-related education.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) - PTO is accrued by employees each pay period and is defined as paid time away from work for vacation, illness, and outside activities or personal business.
