Newport News, VA – On November 28, 2011 Spectrum was notified as a prime on the Acquisition Consolidated Enterprise Support Services (ACCESS) Contract (official award date of December 6). One day later, Spectrum received notification the company was also awarded as a large business prime on the Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) IV contract.
