Beginning in 2008 the company created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan which has expanded to hold a 45% ownership stake and this qualified retirement plan delivers an outstanding benefit at no cost to our employee owners. With 70% of our current employees able to claim veteran status, we continue to proudly serve our country.

Operating primarily from corporate headquarters, Moe is primarily responsible for developing and executing our business development initiatives including building customer and partner relationships and supporting portfolio growth strategies.

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Colin leads the company’s business development efforts in the Logistics Services disciplines and provides service delivery across multiple diverse contracts comprised of supply chain management, depot level repair activities, and cyber/IT support activities.

MARK RIEDY

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Mark leads the company’s service delivery and business development efforts in operations support, digital services and technology, and management consulting in the fields of aviation, business process engineering, and Information Technology.

MICHAEL BROOKS

HR MANAGER

Michael serves as principal adviser to the business team for talent acquisition. He is responsible for developing and executing strategies to source and recruit candidates across all business lines.

About the Spectrum Foundation

Philanthropy is a core component of Spectrum’s culture. We have a rich history of giving back to the communities in which we live and work. In addition to our corporate activities, we encourage our employees to contribute to their communities in any way they can. The Spectrum Foundation is our formal commitment to community service in the workplace!

  • To date, the Foundation has committed well over $100,000 to support charitable activities and organizations throughout our Spectrum communities.

  • In order to achieve a greater impact of our philanthropic mission, the foundation annually develops select areas for giving; current focus areas are Military Life, Education & Health.

  • The Foundation is a donor-advised fund under the Peninsula Community Foundation of Virginia which maintains the Spectrum Foundation fund and facilitates charitable receipts and giving’s across all Spectrum communities.
