Newport News, VA – April 28, 2011 Spectrum, a veteran-owned business headquartered in Newport News, VA, was notified by the USAF that it has been awarded a multi-year, multi-million dollar contract totaling approximately $8.5M. The contract leverages Spectrum’s core capabilities and performance to deliver highly technical solutions to develop and deploy a cross-domain, globally-connected, agile intelligence information enterprise.
The contract is composed of multiple tasks which will be jointly managed by our Washington D.C. Warner Robins, GA Business Units. Efforts provide Enterprise Level technical support across the Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) community to enable and sustain rapid deployment of new capabilities into the existing Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) baseline while maintaining a high Quality of Service to the war fighter program.
