Newport News, VA – November 1, 2011 Spectrum, a veteran-owned business headquartered in Newport News, VA, was notified that it has been awarded a subcontract to support OPFOR, in cooperation with our partner Rally Point Management. This OPFOR program is located at Beale AFB, CA.
The contract is expected to total approx $2M throughout the Period of Performance for the USAF, and exposesSpectrum to a new area of support. Experienced and recognized team members have been recruited who have the core capabilities and performance to deliver highly specialized training and to perform tactical command and control in support of the USAF MC-12 aircrews in preparation for deployment.
