Newport News, VA – On March 14, 2011 Spectrum, a veteran-owned business that serves the Department of Defense and other federal agencies, announced the appointment of Alan Paolucci as Assistant Vice President and Director of Integrated Solutions & Research, effective March 14, 2011.
Within this position, Mr. Paolucci will be responsible for Spectrum’s core business unit that is focused on enabling Air Force customers with innovative services and solutions through technological advancements, ensuring that Spectrum delivers quality processes, services and products in order to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Alan comes to Spectrum with over 20 years of experience in operational intelligence along with 12 years experience in program management, fielding, integration and maintenance of intelligence systems. Prior to joining Spectrum, Mr. Paolucci served 21 years in the United States Air Force where he served in numerous roles in the intelligence community. He is a proven visionary, leader and now a welcomed member of the Spectrum Team.
