Newport News, VA – On February 14, 2011 Spectrum, a veteran-owned small business that serves the Department of Defense and other federal agencies, announced the appointment of JoAnn Jacques as Assistant Vice President, Director of Envision Labs, effective February 14, 2011.
In this new role, Ms. Jacques will lead Spectrum’s vision and strategy for ensuring company services and products align with critical technology advances and best practices offered from both the commercial and government sectors. JoAnn will lead programs in Envision Labs and work with the Spectrum Operations Directors to promote continual growth and maturation of Spectrum “centers of excellence” through advanced technologies – which distinguish Spectrum as a high-value partner to its customers.
