September 30, 2013 – Newport News, VA Spectrum, through the company’s joint venture with S4 Inc, was awarded the Professional Acquisition Support Services II (PASS II) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on September 26. This effort, with a ceiling value of $675,117,000, provides program and financial management, acquisition logistics, and administrative support to the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC) programs in Bedford MA, San Antonio TX, and Montgomery AL. Spectrum will provide support to many of the battle management, communication, cryptologic, and business system programs the company possesses expertise in. Spectrum expects to begin competing for task orders on PASS II in November of this year.
