October 2014 – Newport News, VA – Spectrum employee Amit Daswani was recognized by Inside Business as a Top Forty Under Forty for his career success and dedication to serving our community. Amit supports the Air Force as a subject matter expert focused on command and control systems. He has served our armed forces both as active duty and with his post-military career for over 20 years. In his free time, Amit serves the community in a variety of roles. He has volunteered his time and talents to several organizations and events including the Asian Indians of Hampton Roads, International Children’s Festival, the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters (CHKD) and volunteering DJ services to a variety of organizations’ events.
